EU Pillar procurement

The Procurement Office of EU Pillar IV is located in the Central Government Buildings in Pristina, Kosovo and is responsible for procuring a range of goods and services on behalf of the EU Pillar.

The Procurement Office does not operate or select suppliers from an ‘approved supplier/vendor list’. All requirements in excess of €2,500 are advertised openly in the local marketplace (Kosovo) through local media advertising. All requirements in excess of €100,000 and some framework contracts are advertised internationally, in addition to local advertising. Details of current tender opportunities are listed below.

The Procurement Office operates in accordance with a formal set of guidelines as laid out in the Procurement Regulation and the Procurement Manual, and is subject to regular internal and external audit to ensure full compliance with these guidelines. The Procurement Office adheres to the highest international standards in relation to ethics and conflicts of interest to ensure all activities are conducted in a professional and transparent manner.

The Procurement Office is interested to hear from companies and businesses in both the local and international community. We retain details of companies on file and may contact you if a suitable tender becomes available.
